    •    “User”: Anyone accessing or using Pixaro Services.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Pixaro reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for any violation of the Terms.

    •    Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or modify the software.

    •    Uploading or distributing harmful content, including malware.

 

5. Subscription and Payment

 

All services provided by Pixaro are subscription-based, with details on billing, fees, and automatic renewal clearly outlined at the point of sale.

 

    •    Cancellation: Users may cancel at any time, but services will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

    •    Refunds: Pixaro does not offer refunds for partial periods.

 

6. Intellectual Property Rights

 

All content, software, trademarks, and branding related to Pixaro are owned by Pixaro. Users are granted a non-exclusive, revocable license to use the platform as per the Terms. You may not copy, distribute, or modify any part of the platform without explicit permission from Pixaro.

 

7. User-Generated Content

 

If users upload or create content during roleplays or training sessions, Pixaro reserves the right to store, modify, and distribute such content within the platform for service improvements. Users retain ownership of their data but grant Pixaro a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use it within the scope of the Services.

 

8. Termination

 

Pixaro reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account for any breach of these Terms without prior notice. Users may terminate their subscriptions at any time through the account settings. Upon termination, access to the platform will be revoked immediately.

 

9. Privacy and Data Protection

 

Pixaro is committed to protecting user privacy. We comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Australia’s Privacy Act.

Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be governed by the laws of Australia, and disputes will be settled through arbitration before escalating to litigation.

Pixaro reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of changes, and continued use of the platform signifies acceptance of the revised Terms.
